What We Provide  
 

• RUNPAY® Compare:  Time-limited access to our Payroll/HR Systems Marketplace.
   

• RUNPAY® Advice:  Online or Bespoke Employer System-Ready Documented Templates to ease Business System Integration(s) +PLUS General Executive-Level Workforce and Payroll Process Guidance.
   

• RUNPAY® Advert:  Vendor-Paid Marketplace Listing and related visibility for Payroll/HR Vendors.

What We Do NOT Provide

We are NOT a Law Firm, Tax Agent or AFS Licensee.  We do NOT give Legal, Financial, Tax or Regulated Product Advice.  Content is general guidance and often Queensland-referenced.  Awards, Enterprise Agreements and State Laws differ.  Get Independent Professional Advice for your circumstances.
 

How We Are Paid

Clients pay a once-off fee for Compare and an hourly fee for Advice.  Vendors may pay for Marketplace advertising or membership.  Paid listings are identified.  Client fees are separate from Vendor fees.  A paid listing is NOT a statement that a product is the only or best fit for every Employer.

 

 

Privacy

We collect name, contact details, payment details and enquiry information to deliver services, process bookings / payments and send updates you asked for.  We do NOT sell personal information.  We use Service Providers for payments, website and email.  Ask us to access or correct your information.  Full Privacy Policy:  https://www.runpay.com.au/privacypolicy.

 

 

Complaints

Contact us first via the website contact form.  If unresolved:  your State Fair-Trading Body or the ACCC for consumer issues;  the OAIC for Privacy (oaic.gov.au).
