Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 12 October 2025.

We at RUNPAY are mindful of working toward making our site [www.runpay.com.au] accessible to people with disabilities.

What is Web Accessibility?

An accessible website allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors.  This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Our Accessibility Statement

At RUNPAY™️, we understand everyone faces unique challenges, and we strive to make our website and our products and service offerings accessible to all users within reasonable financial and practical means.  Our business is driven by our core focus of Efficiency and guided by our Core Values of saving Money, optimising Time, and appreciating Attendance, but we also strive to provide a 'considered' user-friendly experience for everyone wishing to use our website, services or products, including any individual that considers themselves a minority or marginalised group.

With this in mind, our website has been designed to support readable text, easy navigation, and has compatibility with some assistive tools and we aim to continuously work toward using the latest assistive technologies in mind for functionality options like screen readers and keyboard use.  As part of this effort, we have goals to ensure our website is maintained in a way that it can now or hopefully sometime in the future will:

  • Use an Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues;

  • Set the language of our site;

  • Set the content order of our site’s pages;

  • Define clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages;

  • Include alternative text to images;

  • Implement colour combinations that meet any required colour contrast needs;

  • Reduce the use of motion on the site; and

  • Ensure all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible.

Despite our desire to achieve 100% accessibility to our own services and/or products, please accept and acknowledge that the accessibility on certain pages on our site may also depend on content that may or may not belong to us, and instead belong to a third-party.  Given this, and reasonably, we can only therefore declare a partial compliance to this statement.

We welcome your feedback to help us grow our own reach to inclusively, and we’ll consider it in alignment with our mission to empower businesses.  Please feel free to share your suggestions or feedback via our contact form located here.
